There is big news coming in 2024 in the case! New evidence is being investigated and collected vigorously. This evidence will show that Scott Davis is not the person responsible for the crimes involved in the death of David Coffin. Scott has always stated, he is innocent. We all recognize the family of the victim in this case. As Scott stated after his conviction, he has nothing but empathy for the Coffin family. We all do. But we serve everyone fairly when we find the truth and we don’t ignore evidence and misconduct to get to that truth. Just because a dishonest detective keeps saying the same lies over and over again, doesn’t make them true. All we ask is keep an open and fair mind.
This new evidence along with all of the misconduct on the part of the State of Georgia should convince any honest person with integrity that’s Scott deserves to be free. No excuses about finding evidence too late when police and prosecutors lie, hide and commit perjury for 25 years. No excuses claiming Scott had the best attorneys when no attorney would be able to successfully defend a person after the state has been a professional liar and evidence Destroyer. No excuses ignoring Scott’s alibis by simply claiming, we the prosecutors didn’t charge him with these other crimes so they don’t matter. It’s nonsense and it’s a disgusting tactic when in fact prosecutors did charge Scott and those crimes happened. Somebody committed them! You can’t just wish them away. No putting your head underneath the sand to ignore obvious facts.
All we need is a little help to finish the job. Then we just need a few honest people to make some important decisions..
