Homicide Detective Signs Affidavit Admitting to Withheld Brady Evidence

Detective Walker one of the homicide detectives in the Scott Davis case signed an affidavit admitting to the existence of a second tape recording of Scott’s interview which the state of Georgia and prosecutors have been denying existed for 21 years. The detective admitted that there were two recorders in the interview room and that two tapes were recorded each being unique and different. There are also other admissions that prove the one homicide detective Rick Chambers that testified at trial clearly committed perjury. The affidavit is a huge admission in Scott’s appeal and now proves that the state by their own word has been lying and withholding crucial evidence of misconduct in Scott’s case.

This admission is the beginning of the end for the state’s wrongful conviction in Scott’s caseĀ  as more evidence in Scott’s case is coming .
