At about 15 seconds into the recording (see player below), you hear Detective Chambers say “turn the tape over” and then that happens.

Why does this matter?
Hearing a tape being turned over on this recording of Scott’s police interview used at trial proves a second secret tape exists but it has not been turned over by police. Detective Chambers denies the tape but he is clearly lying.
The altered tape used against Scott at trial and the hidden second tape give overwhelming evidence to support Scott’s contention that he was illegally threatened by detectives during the Interview and that many of his exculpatory answers were edited out. All of this police misconduct was illegal and the jury should have known about it as all of Chambers’ testimony would have been impeached.
I hear the second tape clearly. This deception was common at APD.
