$350,000 REWARD
Phone Records – WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We need the local phone call records for two phone numbers: Megan Bruton (formerly Megan Davis) made calls to her friends, the Jenacovas, from the home of Coffin’s next-door neighbor, Gisela Limberger, around midnight on 12/10/96 or early morning on 12/11/96. If we can obtain the records for these phones, we can prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Megan told the Jenacovas that Coffin was “shot in the head” before she ever spoke to Scott. This is crucial information! The Jenacovas’ phone number was (770) 642-1970. Coffin’s next-door neighbors’ phone number was (404) 812-3813. The Limberger home was at 931 West Conway Drive, Atlanta, Georgia.
- Do you have access to archived Bellsouth phone records from 1996?
- Do you have records of subpoenaed requests for December of 1996 through December of 1997 that would indicate whether anyone ever subpoenaed these records?
- Do you have the results of subpoenaed requests for the records listed above?
- Did you work for Bellsouth in a position that gave you access to the above records during 1996 – 1997?
- We also need the local phone records for 12/01/96 – 12/20/96 for the number (404) 377-2052 which were the records for James Daws’ office.
- Have you or do you work in IT for Bellsouth/AT&T and have working knowledge of the database that tracks BST numbers for subpoenas and the phone records they request?
- Are you an expert on Bellsouth’s records and could testify in court?
If so, please contact us!

- Missing Evidence
- During the investigation of this case, over 70 pieces of crime evidence collected by the State disappeared, as detailed in the Missing Evidence section of this website. It seemed that all the evidence that could have helped Scott Davis was lost by the State, while any evidence the State felt could be damaging was preserved. The City of Atlanta Police Department apparently lost most of this evidence, but the City of Atlanta Fire Department, DeKalb County Fire and Police Departments, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Fulton County District Attorney also lost evidence. This lost evidence includes weapons, blood, crime lab evidence the alleged murder weapon, and numerous fingerprints found at the DeKalb County crime scene. These fingerprints were compared with Scott Davis’ fingerprints and they did not match. Despite having these fingerprints in their possession until 2005, the State never admitted running them through the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) or any other database. - Do you know what was in these three bags?
- Fingerprints found on Mr. Coffin’s stolen Porsche in 1996, which did not match Scott Davis’ prints, were still in the State’s possession in early 2005; however, in November of 2005, when Scott was indicted the fingerprints were gone without explanation.
- Did someone run the fingerprints through AFIS?
- What happened to those prints?
- Has Lt. S. K. Padgett lost evidence in your case?
- Have you had a case in Atlanta in which crucial evidence was lost by the authorities?

- Witnesses
- Many witnesses who testified in the trial of Scott Davis gave testimony that varied considerably from statements taken in 1997. Following this announcement, witnesses who were positive for Scott in 1997 turned negative or new never-mentioned-before information was claimed. In many cases, the testimony was pure perjury.
- Do you know any witnesses who discussed or admitted committing perjury in this case?
- In the Megan Bruton section of this website, you can read her emails and blog posts that show her untruthful and manipulative behavior. Did Megan discuss this case with you?
- Did any of the following people discuss this case with you?
- Erik Voss
- Amy Kolis
- Linda Moran
- Jim Daws
- Det. Rlck Chambers was the lead on this case. Chambers’ testimony has changed in every instance he has been put under oath. Despite being the point person on the case, he has taken no responsibility for the missing evidence and he gave incorrect testimony concerning it.
- Has Det. Chambers interviewed you in your case?
- If so, how was the interview conducted?
- Was your interview recorded?
- Has Det. Chambers discussed this case with you?
- Det. MarceI Walker was a co-lead on this case with Det. Chambers. Walker also interviewed Scott on December 11,1996.
- Did Det. Walker discuss this case with you?
- Jim Daws was a private detective working with Scott’s divorce lawyer regarding Scott’s divorce from Megan. Despite being hired and directed by Scott’s lawyer, Mr.Daws came forward the day after the reward in the case was offered, to give false testimony with absolutely no supporting evidence to corroborate his statements and in some cases his testimony conflicted with documented evidence.

- A person or persons who posted on Steve Huff’s crime blog concerning this case used the name “Edwin Stinson”.
- Do you know or have you ever heard of someone named Edwin Stinson?
- Many witnesses who testified in the trial of Scott Davis gave testimony that varied considerably from statements taken in 1997. Following this announcement, witnesses who were positive for Scott in 1997 turned negative or new never-mentioned-before information was claimed. In many cases, the testimony was pure perjury.
- Prosecutorial Misconduct
We believe there has been significant prosecutorial misconduct in this case, as detailed in the Prosecutorial Misconduct section of this website. We are looking for any evidence related to this conduct.- Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard had a direct audio/video feed to his office through the CBS cameras without the knowledge or permission of the Court.
- Do you have any knowledge of this feed or the presence of recording equipment in the courtroom?
- Former Assistant District Attorney Gayle Abramson was proven to have used cocaine and Ecstasy during her covert investigation of Scott Davis in October of 2004, as detailed in the Atlanta Journal & Constitution. She and her fiancé Rand Csehy (who was a lead prosecutor in charge of narcotics investigations) went to California in April of 2005 with Det. Rick Chambers to hold an untruthful press conference and conduct a secret wiretap on Scott’s phones. Ms. Abramson’s drug use was revealed on this wiretap, but neither D.A. Paul Howard, nor Senior ADA Sheila Ross (lead prosecutor against Scott), nor any other law enforcement personnel did anything to investigate these crimes. Ms. Abramson was also the original prosecutor in the Brian Nichols rape case. To this day, despite a judicial finding that Ms. Abramson used drugs, nothing has been done, despite overwhelming evidence that crimes were committed and Howard’s office had credible evidence to prosecute. Interestingly, it appears that much of the crime lab evidence lost in Scott’s case disappeared only after the wiretap in April of 2005, but before November of 2005, when Scott was indicted.
- Do you have any additional information about these events?
- Do you know of any misconduct?
- Have prosecutors discussed the wiretap with you?
- Have any of these same prosecutors committed misconduct in your case?
