Admissions Prove Police and Prosecutorial Misconduct
Last week on a recorded telephone conversation, detective Marchel Walker admitted that two tapes were recorded during Scott Davis’ police interview in 1996. This has been denied for 19 years by police and prosecutors.
This admission proves that both detective Rick Chambers and Fulton County prosecutors have been withholding critical evidence and lied about it for 19 years. This new evidence proves that detective Rick Chambers repeatedly perjured himself during trial and other hearings. This is major new evidence in the case and in Scott Davis’ appeal that should prove beyond a doubt finally that Scott did not receive a fair trial. In fact, this proves Scott Davis is wrongly convicted.
Listen below to the two minute clip highlighting Det. Walker’s admissions.
